Based on 20+ years hands-on experience within the biotech landscape and collaborative business, our goal is to develop tailor-made strategies, solutions and/or evaluations for numerous questions, problems and/or future advancements for drug discovery projects, mainly involving small molecules, for the customer.
Services encompass, but are not limited to, evaluating and/or designing project stages from identified Lead molecule up to pre-IND preclinical status:
Lead optimization strategies
Project status evaluations including GAP analyses for identification of potential nexts steps to advance the program to a next level
Suggestions of profiling packages with regard to physicochemical properties
Assay selection (biochemical and cellular)
ADMET profiling cascades
In vivo strategy, comprising PK studies, formulation development, and selection of appropriate therapeutic animal models
General top level strategies for future development, including the development of a potential Target Product Profile
If required, respective CROs for performing different work packages can be suggested as well
Such outline of work packages is not intended to potentially leave the customer with a vast quantity of new data points, interpretation and discussion of such results within the given context can also be selected as part of the Services, leading to scrutiny of existing ideas and strategies and time- and cost-efficient adjustment and/or advancement of such ideas and strategies based on the new data acquired.
If own projects shall be prepared for out-licensing, or if competitor projects are available for in-licensing, respective project evaluations are offered as well:
as a SWOT analysis (strength, weakness, opportunities, threats) for own projects based on the intended scope of the Due Diligence package
as a Third Party Due Diligence for external projects, which allows the generation of a project appraisal without contaminating the own knowledge base, thus avoiding potential confidentiality and/or exclusivity clashes
